Ben Hunt is a professional rugby player from Australia who currently plays as a halfback for the St. George Illawarra Dragons in the National Rugby League (NRL). He was born on June 21, 1990, in Rockhampton, Queensland, Australia.

Hunt began his rugby league career as a junior player with the Norths Devils in Brisbane. He made his NRL debut for the Brisbane Broncos in 2009, and played for them until 2017, becoming a regular player and playing in various positions including halfback, five-eighth and hooker. He then played for St. George Illawarra Dragons from 2018 onwards.

Hunt has also represented Queensland in the State of Origin series, and has been a part of the Australian national rugby league team.

He is known for his excellent skills in ball handling, kicking, and decision making on the field. Ben Hunt is considered one of the best halfbacks in the NRL and is expected to be a key player for both the Dragons and the Australian team in the years to come.
